Privacy Policy for WatchOS App Activity Rings+

I do not collect any user data and have no way to view your health data.

This app requests HealthKit access to the minimal possible number of categories: Activity (which includes move/exercise/stand values and goals), Stand Hours (a redundant request, but one that is necessary for me to poll just stand hours separately), and Steps. This app does not request or collect any other personal information, and I have no way of ever seeing your data. Any HealthKit information that is collected is used on-device immediately and is replaced when new HealthKit data is available.

Users of TestFlight betas may optionally report bugs to me, and TestFlight may report a user's number of app launches/crashes, but I will not distribute that data or use it for any other purpose than to diagnose (and hopefully fix!) any code that may be causing app crashes. If you use a beta version of this app distributed through TestFlight, and if you send a bug report, you are giving me permission to use any information you optionally send me to help debug my code.

To reiterate, health data never leaves your device. This app polls HealthKit and generates a version of activity rings with a stand indicator based on that data. Once the ring is generated, your data is not used until the next app refresh.

Privacy Policy for iOS Apps Crib Discard+ and Progress Counter

I do not collect any user data.

These apps score cribbage hands and count arbitrary items. For Crib Discard+, there's nothing saved on your device. For Progress Counter, the name of your chosen activity, your current item number, your starting/ending number, and elapsed time are stored on your device, along with boolean values for your in-app preferences. There's no network access, so nobody else can see your data.
